Hello, my name is Charlotte. When I moved into my home, I was shocked to discover that it was hooked to a septic system. The septic tank was new to me, as all my other homes were connected to the local sewer system instead. I had to learn how to care for my septic system properly to avoid expensive repair bills. As I made mistakes along the way, I learned a lot about the way the septic system functions and the repairs required to keep it in good condition.
